Your doctor can talk to you about exercises that will help you to make them stronger. You may have restricted airways as well and your doctor can offer something for that as well.

Snoring interferes with many areas of your life, not just your sleep. How well you rest is also going to affect your ability to make decisions, your reaction times, and even your mood.
